SHANNON COBB Evans is a second generation REALTOR who became a full time REALTOR in 1982, straight out of college! She was trained by a real estate trail blazer, at the time, her mother, Vonnie Cobb. Shannon is most proud of continuing her Mother's legacy of positively promoting the real estate profession.
Over her almost 35 year career, Shannon has worked in every capacity of the industry, from sales, to Top Producer, management, and Broker Owner. Her work ethic and dedication to her clients, her agents and industry as a whole have built long lasting relationships. Driven by her passion, Shannon volunteers her time and expertise to the industry that has given her so much, on the local, state and national levels. 2019 Shannon become a part of BHGRE Gary Greene, combining the same values and consumer focused service.
